We are most proud of our Maine theme products, most of them are from our own homemade molds, made from items we chose from the sea. My Dad has contributed to these products as he is a lobsterman and he saves us items we are looking for to make molds from. Our white chocolate mussles look so real, after ordering them people do not want to eat them, they want to save them!                             NEW Maine Lobster Bake

The new Lobsterbake comes with a krispy lobster, 1 caramel corn, 2 needham potatoes, 2 clams, 2 mussels, and butter.  $12.95 It now comes in a nice box with a clear cover, surrounded by ( non edible) brown paper grass.

  We made molds from Maine Lobster claws. Large claw weighs approximately 2.3 lbs $29.95. 12x7 1/2"  Medium size 12.8 $10.95, Small $3.95. These are solid chocolate.  They can also be filled with any of our fillings.

   Lobstah, Seafood Stew, & Clam Chowdah

Lobstah Stew: sugar Ice Cream cone drizzled with chocolate inside, and the rim coated with chocolate and sprinkles, a packet of hot cocoa inside the cone, topped with mini marshmallows, topped with bite size lobsters. Clam Chowdah: same as above but with bite size clams. Seafood Stew: same as above but with  bite size lobsters, clams, crabs, and mussels.$3.95 each

    Chef Danny Mellman from FL.    Made this New Years Eve upscale dessert. Chocolate Cake filled with White Chocolate Mousse, a white mint pearl, and our sandollar, and scallop shell.
