Needhams

                 Made with mash potato?? NO there is NO need for a filler. We use sweet milk, confectioner's sugar and of course a sweet fluffy and very moist coconut. Say it's not a needham if it has no potato?? Think again, you would have to try it to beleive it and our customers do! We get rave reveiws! I decided to omit the potato a few years ago. Recently I found 2 recipes in a cookbook from 1976 it had a recipe for Needhams and a recipe for Maine potato candy. I guess we know which one was called a Needham, it sure wasn't the potato candy!  Eat what you like but try what you haven't! Never miss an oportunity to try something new!
