Email or Call us to set up a class for you and your friends. Classes have to be set up 1 week in advance, paid for in FULL, no refunds will be issued for any class for any reason including inclement weather, if the weather is not suitable to drive in the class will be rescheduled. You can choose to attend another class at a future date but there will be NO refunds as all supplies will have been purchased and or baked. There will be NO classes in Novemeber, December, 3 weeks before Valentines or 4 weeks before Easter. You will learn basic candy making and or cookie decorating and take home a bunch of treats your family and freinds will love. Class sizes are from 4/10 people, and are held evenings during the week, some Saturday & Sunday afternoon classes available. Classes run about 2 - 2 1/2 hours each.

I BAKE YOU DECORATE! Everything you need is provided including plates & wrap to take the cookies home. Come join us for cookie class where I bake them, melt the chocolates, and get out the sprinkles! All you do is come to have fun, select your cookies and start decorating with all the chocolate colors, and sprinkles we have. Cookie classes can be set up for week day evenings 6-8, or weekend afternoons. Grab your friends for a funfilled evening of decorating, chatting, snacks and drinks ( provided ) and then take your beautiful plates of cookies home for your family to enjoy!

I work classes with Holidays but can do for sports, birthday parties, just for fun, anything goes just let me know exactly what you want. Same for Candy class.

Cookie Class prices per person

1. $15.00 per dozen cookies.
2. $20.00 1 1/2 Dozen cookies.
3. $25.00 2 Dozen.

       To set up your cookie class:

4. How many cookies each guest will want to decorate.
5. If you want specific shapes.
6. How many of each shape.
7. If you want sugar, molasses, shortbread or a combination of all 3. How many of each.
8. PLEASE be specific on each guests choices.

Our molasse cookies are not a traditional strong molasses and they are wonderful with the chocolate coating. We do offer samples the night of class or you can pick samples up before the class if you want to try them before deciding on which kinds you will want.

Chocolate Class

I supply the molds, chocolate, pop sticks for lollipop molds, bags for lollipops, plates, and wrap to take them home. You just show up to have fun! Chocolate night you choose 4 molds of choice, I show you tips and tricks on how to paint in colors, fill your chocolates, unmold and plate them. Snacks & Drinks provided. Sorry you don't get to keep the molds, and we do not sell molds or chocolate.

  Chocolate class prices per person:

1. 4 molds $15.00.
2. You can add extra molds for $3.50 each.

         Cherry Cordial Class

     I supply the cherries, chocolate, fondant, and plates to take them home.
